Out of All the times that I have been here only one of them that I know of cuts hair really well! Last cut I had from here, the lady rushed and looked like she hated her job. Me assuming that she would see how my last cut was outlined, I though that she would use it as a guide. Instead, she did not, and cut more then what suppose to from the top so Im unable to style it the way that I always do, its not a bad cut but Im not a fan of short hair. Im not one to write reviews on here and tell people how to do there job but if the owner ever gets a chance to read this, tell the employees to really take there time with peoples hair cuts because it is something that people take very seriously. Dont know if Ill be willing to give this place another chance but if I do I will definitely not go with the person that cut my hair, thats for sure.

When I got there, I was disregarded. I had already checked in. Other people came after me and they were served first even though they had checked in and arrived AFTER me. I let them know that I had already checked in before, yet they took me after the people who came long after I did. They need to pay better attention to who shows up when, especially those who have checked in. Theres a reason why we do the check-ins online. Disrespectful and rude, Alexis in particular. Lets me know that the check-ins are useless. Ive been coming here for some time. Other times have been fine, but today I had to wait over 20 minutes just because they never bothered asking me. I wont come here anymore.

I just go to this place because its convenient for me. My hair cut always comes out crappy and i need to touch up at home. I only go on Tuesdays or with a coupon at least that makes me feel a little better. Like the person said before rushed and hairstylist looked like they hated their job. Also they were talking bad about each other in front of me saying things like i hope she doesnt come in and she hasnt earned a spot here. They need to start fresh with the staff

The girls who work here are nice and do a good job cutting your hair. They are friendly and keep good conversation while cutting your hair. I am not a fan of the phone application check in system and believe in first walk in first service but other then that, good job girls!
