after reading reviews, i thought this would be a great place to get my hair cut. WRONG. the reviews must have been from people who run the store because it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a hair place. i saw there 4.99 hair cut deal and immediately went in, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. i took it with a grain of salt and tried to give them a second chance. after waiting 30 minutes for a hair cut it was finally my turn. this was the worst mistake, i dk if the hair dresser was new, but after about two minutes of trimming, SHE CUT MY EAR. i said ouch but she shrugged and acted like nothing happened! i hushed until she finished and immediately asked for a mirror to see my new hair and to see if my ear was cut. to my surprise i was BLEEDING! i complained and asked for a discount and they gave me NOTHING! i left right after paying without leaving tip. SHE DIDNT EVEN SANITIZE HER CLIPPERS when she was done, she already started on the next customer by the time i was out of the door. this place is disgusting. i do not recommend

The lady who did my hair ask before and I told her I wanted a 1to a fade and she took the 1 and buzzed the sides. To follow that when she gave my the hard part it looks like she measured it with her thumb. Dont go thee very very bad. And my mom tipped her, man I should of gone off on her right there. Sucks cuz I have to go back to school.

I love the people who work here. Every time I visit, Theres always a new person cutting my hair and I love to talk to them. Very good listeners and I do babble a lot so kudos to them to keep up with my conversations. And yeah they know how to give you an impressive hair do.

Every time I go to Great Clips I always get great customer service. All the stylists there are always nice and polite and never fail to do an amazing job on the cut you request. I will always go to place for my hair cut no matter what.

Worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Now I have to buy a wig. I think my grandson would do a better job. Women stay away., they can only cut boys hair. You have no idea how upset I am.
