I first came to this location several (at least 4) years ago when it opened. I received one of the laziest and poorly executed haircuts that I have ever paid for, so bad in fact that I had to finish the rest at home myself with office scissors. I swore off it hardily. The other day I decided to give this location a second chance; the Super Cuts up the road had a wait time. On top of that, I walked in wanting a haircut that I had never tried before: a medium fade with a hard split. The result: FAN. FREAKING. TASTIC. Michele, my stylist, only needed one look at the sample picture I showed her on my phone before she masterfully sculpted my new look. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Usually a great place. Today I checked in online and got there at the specified time. My name was called and another gentleman didnt understand the process and got irritated. Staff decided to accommodate him and offered no apology to me or explanation. Thus making another customer upset in the process. If you are going to have on line check in then the process should be followed no matter the situation.
