Terrible. They claim to hire "trained professionals". I have never gone to beauty school and I have given myself better haircuts than what I got from them yesterday. The thrill of my new hair lasted not even 24 hours when I realized how bad of a job she did. I chopped over 8 inches of my hair off to get a jagged unevenly layered choppy bob. I didnt ask for a little girls bob cut. I showed her three photos of a thinned mod Aline cut with light layers. She only asked to see the photo once and only wanted to look at one out of all three. I honestly look like I got attacked by scissors. Im almost in tears trying to style It. Im extremely disappointed and I dont even want to go back to have them fix it. I have always hated this place. I dont know why I gave them yet another chance. Dont fall for their lies. They cannot give you any hairstyle you want. They can go by the book for childrens/mens haircuts all day. But ask them to copy something and theyd use simply cannot do it.

This great clips hires people with no experience and I had the worst hair cut I have ever received. When I complained I didnt even get a refund only credit for another hair cut LIKE I WOULD EVER GO BACK >
