WORSE PLACE I bought unlimited for a year after 4 appts I got a call that my appts were canceled. I went back and forth with the owner and office manger who lied and said I was going to get refunded then I was going to be refunded for one service 249.00 and not the 499.00. I had a total of 12 appts scheduled and only got 4 when I got the call that they lost a staff member and could not accommodate my pre-schedule appts. GROUPON talked to the owner who had 3 days to call me which she never and did and GROUPON agreed that 4 sessions would not do a thing and was not what I purchased. Now since I bought the package for unlimited for a year of laser though Calvine I asked for refund and the excuse is that I got my monies worth for the two services approx 800.00 combined FOR a YEAR unlimited and my 4 appts the owner thinks is reasonable enough. The owner tried to say she accommodated me with weekend appts which was a lie that is the whole issue at hand. They canceled my weekend appts and told me I could be on stand by during the week when they know I work at a hospital in North Bay and stay in North Bay during the week. After the owner agreed to refund me if I remove this post this is what she sent me:"Dottie,Your latest response does little to assure me that you wouldnt re-post your Yelp review after receiving your refund and I refuse to bargain with you. "I will retract if you refund.." All talk of a refund is off of the table. As you stated in your email, you are free to review our business and contact whomever you wish. Were confident that any rational person would see that a refund is not in order.I will no longer be communicating with you, nor will my staff be wasting their time. We will not be bullied into refunding you for services already rendered. Owner of company"

My children are very sick... The doctor and nurse seemed upset to have to deal with us (A Black family). It was 5 of us with a sinus infection. The doctor didnt even know that if its no fever theres no virus. She told me Im wrong. I then found out that shes a NP totally clueless. We waited 3 hours all new staff that seem to be totally clueless. A Medical Assistant named Carly Lopez immediately got upset because I didnt want to just leave my kids in her hands. She literally asked me to sit in the waiting room... Which of course I didnt. Then she tried to put us in separate rooms which I figured was stupid seeing as were here for the exact same thing. I wont be going back there!! NP in training! Not cool! My oldest needed something for pain the NP disagreed but a sinus infection is associated with lots of body pain. January 16, 2016 will be my last time here ever. Its sad because the doctor here is very good BUT hes never here.

Poor business practices. Went there trying to get a quick x-ray for my childs broken finger. Arrived 16 minutes before closing time posted on internet and all over their building. The open sign was on but the door was locked. Knocked on the door and was told it was closing time according to their clocks and that they close 15 minutes before the posted time. When we pressed the issue, showing them on our phone that it wasnt even that time yet, the front office staff blamed the doctor. We have been here previously and had issues with office staffs honesty. We needed important information sent to our doctors office. Waited all day for it to be sent and called several times with no results. Cannot recommend this place. Interactions with the Dr. were average.

Wish I could say the last visit was good. The care and service here varies widely depending on who the doctor and staff are for the day. I have been going there often, but on one visit I was charged $100 instead of my usual co-pay. I am waiting for a refund. I was told that the refund would arrive after my next visit. Thats like buying something and not receiving a refund when you are entitled to it, just in case you buy something else later on. Not good. Also, on the last visit the doctor lectured me when I was sick (last thing I need) on big pharma. Not the time or place for that. I go here only because it is close and every so often there is a really competent doctor there later in the day.

I absolutely love the doctor/owner of Calvine and even drove an hour each way to my appointments because he was that good and professional. My problem was with the scheduling staff and his manager. I needed a follow up appointment and continually called their office with no success in scheduling an appointment. They kept telling me that they didnt have the schedule and that they would call me back. No one ever called me back. For a month, I made several attempts with their front office and even left a detailed message on the managers direct line and still received no response. Hope they figure it out because I would go back. BTW......I give five stars to the doctor!!

My son has a serious illness so we never know when he will end up at the hospital, Calvine Urgent Care can administer IVs, so they have saved us from having to go to the ER many times. The Staff is courteous and helpful, and the Dr.s are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Maroon is very smart and caring--he recently found a new medication for my son that his own "team" of doctors never thought to try, and this prescription has changed my sons life, he is feeling much better than he has felt in years. Thank you so much Dr. Maroon! Also Dr. Maroon takes the time to give nutritional advice and other lifestyle advice to help my son feel better.

Hello This is the second time I write a review because I think that if you are asking again, it is because something is not going well. I used the services of Dr.Ali for cosmetic facial several times. He is amazing. However to make appointments, staff returning calls, follow ups and everything related to customer service.....IT IS TERRIBLE. Some receptionists treat me with desdain and roll their eyes when I ask questions, or even simple task like change my current email adress. Well.....I just started using another business who can do the same thing and their staff is AMAZING.

I have taken my family here a half dozen times for everything from a possible fracture to a sinus infection. Everytime, the staff have been courteous and treatment has been quick. I dread having to sit in a waiting room for unknown hours surrounded by hacking, sick people. This place avoids that completely. It is covered by my Blue Shield insurance and Ive never had a problem with incorrect billing or not getting just what I needed.

Es mucho mejor que ir a un hospital..claro si tu emergencia no es tan grande..pero mi esposo y mis hijos y yo preferimos ir hay...te atienden rapido y el preció es mucho menos que ir a un hospital

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! went in for my daughters ear infection and so called doctor prescribed the wrong medication! we have no insurance and paid $100 for the visit and when i called and told them that the medication that was prescribed did not work they said i have to pay another $100 for another check up! i will never return to this place again ever!!!
