Never again. Third time Ive been there. The first time, one of the younger, hipper girls took my suggestion of "youre the artist with those shears, do your thing" and did a great job. Unfortunately when I returned a month later she was out on maternity leave. The second time was mediocre and most of all-rushed. The third time was the worst and the woman had the personality of a garden rake. She was more concerned with the walk-ins and left me sitting in the chair for 15 minutes while she checked people in. Once again, a rushed hack job. I always tip well. Usually 20 bucks. I gave that old lady 7 bucks. Also, checked in online, which...if you dont want to sit in a 40 minute line you have to do out of necessity.

Bad all the crew was fine except for LUPE Wich I gave the order to cut my sons hair the way I wanted she ignored me and started asking my son how he wanted telling him that it was his hair and he had to choose how he wanted it. Im paying for the service and since Im paying she has do what ever I tell her to do because its my money that its paying for the service she is a hair stylist not a fashion counselor

Jeanne was wonderful! She understood the shape that I wanted for my bob style haircut perfectly, and was very personable. Despite a pretty full waiting room when I arrived, I waited no more than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back again!

Jeanne, is a pro at cutting A-line stack bob cuts. Ive had my hair cut by other stylist and never left with what I wanted. Jeanne was amazing and I would return and also refer other ladies to see her.

Uneven cut & to top it off they managed to cut up my bfs neck along the hairline (not bleeding, just razor burn, but you can see each individual swipe of the clippers across his entire neckline).
