Horrible customer service and the haircut isnt good either.... The woman that greeted us was exceptionally rude, but not just to us, to all the customers. She advised us that there was over a 45 minute wait and seemed surprised when I asked to put our name down anyway. She then made several comments about how people always put their names down and then dont come back. We returned to the salon after about 20 minutes and were seated almost immediately. She began to cut my sons hair, but kept leaving and walking away, sometimes for no apparent reason. She called me over to check his bangs, which had only been partially cut and asked how I wanted them. That should have been a good exchange, but she began to argue first saying they were already cut and straight and then arguing that she wasnt done. Even at the end of the cut still trying to engage me in a "discussion" about how I was wrong. His bangs are cut crooked and he has a scrape on the back of his neck from the small clipper used to even up the neck. We will not be returning.

Horrible haircut from this location! The woman who cut his hair didnt listen to him or his request for which number. She applied the clippers to his head as a way to demonstrate the desired length. Unfortunately this first cut was administered along the top of my sons head. It was way too short. But she was in a hurry and just started shearing! My son felt powerless as this woman destroyed his hair. If only I could give 0- stars!!

Son and I have been here 3 times. Use the website to reserve a spot. If you are a walk in priority is given to appointment. Have never experienced a rude employee and hair cuts are decent for the price. As far as the comment about fleas from the other review, highly unlikely! Probably just an upset customer.

I travel from Aubutn just for Andrew! It is well worth it as he is the best. Not so for the other staff. Mgr. seems confused anf was argumentive regarding my appointment....one haircuttet looked like she sorely had painful feet and needed a rest. However..I will make that 2 hr round trip for Andrew!

I needed a quick trim so I walked in for a haircut. I was greeted quickly but even if I wasnt I would understand because both hairstylists had clients in their chairs. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Conversation was nice. And my hair turned out great.

Bad service when my sibling walked in and after the cut my sibling was filled with fleas. WATCH OUT!!! DONT RECOMENED AT ALL!!!!!
