I went in on 5-30-2017 and got a really short hair cut by a lady names Taylor. I absolutely loved it. I came back in on 8-5-2017 to have it touched up. Based on notes, & a picture of me with the hair cut immediately taken after Taylor cut it, the girl count follow the notes or picture of me. u was so unhappy that I came back two days later to have it fixed by original girl Taylor. Taylor said that she couldnt fix it because the other girl cut off too much hair, and Taylor stated that she cuts hair so much that she wouldnt even remember how she cut my hair anyways on 5-30-2017. and she said this on 8-7-2017. IM LIKE OMG, you C ant even maintain the hair cut you gave me! not okay at all. Im not mad at the other girl because she didnt cut my hair the first time. Im even more upset because The original person is not even capable of maintaining my simple short hair cut. I hate my hair now. its so depressing, and Ill never go there again ever! my rating for them is a Big Fat Zero!! boo boo boo!!!

I went to Great Clips in the worst possible situation. I tried to trim my own hair and then asked my 10 year old to even up the back. Mistake!!! I ended up with my almost middle of my back hair up to my shoulders! I ran into Great Clips this morning prepared for the worse. Lin assured me immediately it wasnt as bad as I thought it was. Not only did she fix my mistake, she gave me a really cute hair style! She also showed me that I have a nice gentle natural curl in my hair and how to make the best of it! Thank you Lin!

4/5 times a get a great hair cut. The last the time one girl clipped like five hairs and called it a day! I was so pissed & pressed for time that I just paid and left. I told her I need a good trim. Not sure how she took that I guess. For the most part the other girls are have been pretty good cutting my super thick hair and not too scared to cut it. I will go back again around the first of the month and each month I need a cut cause my hair grows super fast.

This is not a poor review for the location but for great clips itself. You cannot call and make an appointment you have to go online and give more personal information just to make an appointment. Or you have to come in and wait. Was in a hurry today called couldnt make an over the phone appointment was told wait wouldnt be long. Got here wait is 45 minutes. Could be getting things done but Im stuck waiting.

I showed the haircut i wanted (on my phone) which is shaggy style and when she (THE LADY WITH PURPLE HAIR COLO) was done it looks like she just straight cut my hair it doesnt look like shaggy style at all. I hate my haircut!!!! And got my son (3yr old) a haircut also after me and different hair stylist and i was like maybe she might did a good job with jim but NO! It sucks!! They suck at their job!!!!!!

I come here to this Great Clips primarily because its the most convenient. The stylists heres have always cut my hair the way I want and the last time i was there I presented a coupon that i knew had expired a few weeks prior but asked if they would accept it. Without hesitation the stylist who cut my hair said, "yes, we will honor the coupon". Awesome customer service and for that they get 5 stars!

Ive been here at least 10 times in the past year, and I get great hair cuts everytime. I dont even need to wait to see one particular girl. Ive rotated through 4 and they all know what theyre doing, amazing, and if you pick the right time very little wait.

Ive frequented this great clips and always leave with an excellent cut. Doesnt seem to matter who is working, as all the stylists are able to perform the variety and complexity of the many different haircuts I request. They listen and deliver!

Terriable haircut. Great customer service but I hate my hair cut the chinese guy at my nail salon probably could have done better. Seriously worst cut I ever had not worth the money saved.

I checked in online and waited 20 mins to be seen. Then I had to wait an additional 12 and saw them take people up who got there after me. I wont be going here again.
