The customer service was bad. They thought my little sister was stealing something when she wasnt doing anything. She accidentally put dry shampoo in her jacket pocket because she forgot she was holding her bag. And then two of the workers came up to us and said "Where are your parents?" And as I was trying to find my mom she said "Well, dont put that in your pocket because it looks like your stealing." Like no if I knew my sister was stealing, Id absolutely say something. And also, there were a bunch of little kids running around the store unattended and none of the workers said anything to them. Those kids were annoying and getting in everyone elses way but they didnt say anything about it? Wow. Im never going back there. Thats not how you should treat your clients.

The manager was talking to another employee about customers out loud and I heard them talking, me being at the other side of the store-- obviously not professional. I had asked about a brush and the girl that was at the benefit counter but worked for Ulta was helpful. The manager just looked at me weird and I found her to be rude. Not to mention she was also one of the girls talking about the customer. The girl at the cashier was amazing and I wish she would have had help because there was a line. There were two other Ulta employees who basically were just standing around and talking. I didnt get a greeting from anyone, even though I dont mind it but other Ultas are far more professional and friendly. The store is ok, Ive been to better.

This store never has anything restocked! Ive gone several times knowing the day they get items restocked and the shelfs are still empty. I can never find anything in this store. Obviously Im going around in circles trying to find something of my liking then I have one braud that works there following me like really? Buying everything directly from the brand websites.

Way overpriced and not clean either. Products are always on the floors. Employees are more concerned with putting on their own make up than helping customers.

I always have fun at Ulta. The salon staff is so great. Shanti does my hair but everyone else is always helpful and fun. This place is my favorite!!

Its a store where every girl wants to live it. Tons of different makeup and hair products. Anything you need makeup wise is there. Love Ulta.
