Got a simple haircut today at the Bell rd location in auburn. Turns out the lady that cut my hair was the manager at this location. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. She scraped my skin with every swipe of her clippers. She told me theres nothing else she can do with my hair while I was trying to decide my length. My hair is completely crooked. And she rushed me out of her chair so I could pay and leave. She is a horrible manager and has a bad personality. I have had my hair cut there by another girl and she did an amazing job. But I would not recommend this managers location.

Grew my hair out for 2 months for my wedding. Took in a picture of what I wanted and the girl hacked it off so fast there was no time to say it was way too short. The entire time, the girl didnt say one word, just had a frown on her face. What I left with looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the picture I showed her. I couldnt care less but my fiancé is pretty upset. No time to grow it out for my wedding that is in 2 days.

I brought my daughter here for a haircut. The first time I left, I had to walk back in, after much debate, and tell them that her bangs where crooked. Once I left the second time, I realized how amazingly crooked the rest of her hair was. This was by far the worst hair cut my 5 year old has ever had. Do not recommend.

I had really long hair, wanting to go out of the shop having about an inch less of hair to get my dead ends off.. My lady cut off nearly 4-5 inches and complained about how long and thick my hair was. Never returning here, would not recommend if you have long hair!

These retards dont understand english. Ive told several of these newbies how to not my cut hair as they still butcher it. Im tired of being told sorry and given a coupon!!! Even the old lady ruins hair!! Ill never go back!!!

I never have to wait when I get my hair cut here. The stylists are all pretty great. Havent had a bad cut yet. I like the call ahead feature as well.
