Worst service, receptionist is big liar.I call them in advance to check the wait time and she said no wait, but when I went inside there was only one stylist and bz with the client, receptionist says it wont take long. After waiting for half hour, stylist told me I have to wait for another 15 min :(. Before that my husband call to check if there is any male stylist and she said yes , but when he went there, guess what there was no male stylist. Apart from that rates are high and there r much better hair salons in tracy area with better service and rates.

Ive been coming in here a least for the past ten years, and I have never had a bad experience, Every one on this location are very friendly and diligently to their job.! Here are some people who have been taking care of me. Alex, katy, Melanie, and jessica. I love this place.

I really like this place, and the people are great. Melanie is always nice to talk to and she always gives me a great cut, and Alex too, they all are great and I recommend them!

Inexperienced hair stylists. Left patches of hair on my sons heads even after requesting it be fixed. Two stars for friendly service but I would never go back there.
