I was referred to Tracy Brown, Master Stylist by one of her in house Stylist for treatment of hair loss. After a surgery in 2016, which almost cost me my life, my hair was in extremely bad condition after discharge. Tracy began treating my hair in May 2016. My hair was falling out from the roots, so much that I had plastic baggies of each subsequent hair loss. I loss so much hair, that I was able to put my broken off/falling out hair in a bun & attached to my hair still remaining. During the hair loss process, my hair was falling out with just a slight touch of the hand. It was brittle, dull, lacking movement & uneven from extreme breakage. To say, I was devastated after my 30 day hospitalization, and all the many complications I suffered is an understatement! But today, March 2017, Ms. Tracy has been a skilled Master Stylist, miracle & blessing to my hair rebirth. It has grown 5 inches in length, hair volume is restored, thickness of hair continuing @ each monthly appointment evident to sight & touch & it is healthy, shining and above all NO HAIR BREAKAGE!! I am so thankful for Ms. Tracys skill in the treatment of "hair loss," and the professional staff & environment @ Another Look Hair Salon. I need to mentioned, that I feel my hair regrowth is also due to Ms. Tracys specialized training & certification in treatment of hair loss. She is not just throwing products on the hair-giving false hope, but actually develops a client/stylist treatment hair loss plans & assess whether the plan is progressing on an ongoing basis (during appointments.) I am happy my once long, natural thick hair has been "saved." I had considered going bald prior to Ms. Tracys intervention. I am so grateful, amazed each month @ the growth & heathy look of my hair. I am very confident it is only going to continue to get better!!!! Hair growth on the move!!!!

Professional, trendy and healthy hair... My teen daughter and I are both clients of Another Look Salon. We moved from the Vacaville area 6 years ago and prior to finding Another Look Salon we searched the Sacramento area for over a year trying to find a professional hair care place for black hair. Unimpressed and after trial and error I just couldnt find a suitable place to meet our hair care needs, so I traveled to Vacaville every Thursday for a year. Finally, I found Tracy Brown and have been a client of hers for almost 5 years. Tracy continues to be cutting edge w the lastest trends while keeping our hair healthy. No matter where I am and on any given day, women of all races compliment my hair and how healthy it is. Another Look is my sanctuary and I look forward to my weekly appointments on Thursday.

After driving to the bay area every two weeks to get my hair done for a year, I finally came across a woman who had gorgeous healthy looking hair. I began going to Another Look Hair Salon 7 years ago seeing owner Tracy Brown as my stylist. She immediately began educating me about my hair, something I never received from my previous stylist of 5+ years. After a few years of going to Tracy faithfully every two weeks for wash and flat iron I decided to get my first sew in weave. OMG my hair grew so fast after having the weave in for just three months! It looked so natural and the hair she uses requires little maintenance. I will continue to come to Tracy for my hair care needs and will follow her wherever she goes!

Ali Shear has been cutting my hair for 5 years and Ive never been so happy. She gave me the cutest pixie cut and weve been growing my hair out through a rainbow of cool haircuts over the years. So fun! She also cuts hair for all of my friends and all of my coworkers male and female. Her head massages are hands down THE BEST in the city. On top of all of her awesomeness, she also offers free clean ups for the guys and bang trims for the ladies in-between cuts! If youre looking for a fresh, professional, haircut Ali Shear is a sure thing. Shes also fun to be around--a beautiful person inside and out. Book ahead of time! Her schedule fills up fast!

Terrible! horrible! I shouldve known though. When I got there it was three people waiting, ok that would be cool if all the barbers were occupied, no there was a lone dude and that shouldve been my cue. He is a terrible barber. I asked that my line be straight and he said huh. I asked that my fade was even again this,,,, barber responded with a huh. Advice to him "Stay off your phone and stop conversating, because you cant multitask. Now that was my bad experience with him. Im sure the other barbers and hairdressers are awesome. Ive heard great things about the shop. Dude Stop cutting hair.

Few months ago I went in to Tracy with brown roots and several shade of blonde along with bleach bleeds along my touch -ups which gave my hair the look of lines throughout. Tracy spent close to 4 hours doing a color correction and gave me beautiful blonde evened out hair. I was so happy and relieved for the first time in years. It is so difficult to find a hairdressers you can trust to keep the integrity of your hair and give you the beautiful color you want! Plus she was patient enough to deal with my nervousness!

My daughter, son and I have been coming to Another Look for over 7 years. Tracy does my hair and she is amazing, professional and is always up to date on the latest styles and trends in hair care products. Crystal does my daughters hair and Rob cuts my sons hair and is fantastic as well! Its so nice to have a salon where all my families hair care needs can be meet.

Went in for a touch up, hair cut (pixie), and came out with over processed hair, and a style that wasnt remotely like the picture I had. Asked him (Joe) to fix it and he looked at his coworker a certain way then proceeded to brush the curls out and send me on my way. Im going to get my money back and will not be going back. But at least the shop is pretty, right?
