upon entrance you figured this place is just all about hair, than you walk towards the back and noticed the secret passage rooms where a room was dedicated for just mani and pedi. There I was getting my nails done by Olga, she was very professional and def very very details. it was def. job well done. The only thing lacking was just that I was a tad bored ...She didnt talk to me, ( which I dont really mind) But I need some sort of distraction..a magazine or tv or I dont know something! I wounded up using up to almost like 10% of my phone ...-_-

I adore Aveda and have gone to various Aveda salons in Arizona (RED 115, Mood Swingz and Juut). Ive tried high end salons and private boutiques but always leave happiest from Aveda. Carlos was my stylist and he did a great job. I just needed a trim and was very pleased. The friendliness and Aveda technique was similar to my most recent salon, Juut. The atmosphere is nice, although not as high end as some, but still enjoyable! I will be returning!

Love this place! I am Super picky about products used on my hair as I am allergic to many chemicals. I also have long hair and like low maintenance styles. Everyone here is great, no pushy up selling. The atmosphere is relaxing and spa like with a calm chill vibe. I color my hair with henna myself and cant use sulfates. The products they use are gentle, natural and make my hair soft and shinny. Highly recommend Xylem ☺

This is my favorite Aveda concept in Southern California. I have been to quite a few, and the people here are never pretentious, they always get my Pure Privilege points in correctly, and they have wonderful services. They often have good promotions as well, and it is often easy to find free parking close by.
