They ruined what should have been an amazing experience for my son. He was having a little more than 10" cut of his hair to donate, and because the lady couldnt understand what we were saying she cut how and where she wanted. Now my poor teenage son has to go around with a little girls bob haircut until it grows in. Im mad that he had this experience, and that I actually had to pay for it.

Consuelo, Juanita, and Ruthie are great beauticians, and very friendly. The shop doesnt always run the air conditioning on warm days. Took them months to replace/repair the broken TV. The owners are out of tune with satisfying and making a pleasant comfortable experience for their customers. The beauticians keep me coming back!

The lady at the end on the right hand side all she does is talk bad about customers in spanish. She had no idea I could understand everything she was saying then she got upset when I said I didnt want her to blow dry my hair for 40! My cut was 14..how can a blow dry be 40!
