All I needed was to shorten and thin out my pixie cut, which had grown halfway down my neck. This was my first time coming here because the ratings looked decent. I had an appointment there for 3:00 and Judy messed it up and I had to wait for an hour for her to get to me. When they finally got to rinsing my hair, it literally took a minute, and they set me at a chair for half and hour while I read a magazine. When it was finally my turn, Judy got the hair thinner and began cutting and yanking out my hair by the roots so that i saw several whole strands of hair on the floor. When she was done, She left me in my chair for about 15min, my head was throbbing with pain. She then lifted up my hair and began thinning under it, but it was so messy and quick and my hair was a mess. She tousled my hair so hard, it wobbled my head and made the cut look miraculously worst, like a birds nest. She even told me it looked good. I came out outraged and almost in tears. I thought rinsing my hair and blow drying it myself would make it look decent, but no. I look like Beethoven now, and I dont know how to style this hair. I wouldnt let her touch my hair with a ten-foot pole.

Absolutely most horrible and disgusting hair stylist Ive ever came across! I have been looking for a hair salon for some time and after reading all the good reviews this place got, I decided to try it out. Worst mistake ever made! After making my appointment for 2:00 pm the previous day, I arrived five minutes early only to see Judy just starting on another customer! After waiting for 45 minutes, one of the ladies finally took me to wash my hair. Judy then proceeded to cut my hair after a huge coughing fit into her hands without even washing her hands first! She also did a horrible job on my hair since she wouldnt listen to me at all. What part of thinning out and layering the hair is so hard to understand?! This was an absolutely terrible experience for me and she can gaurantee that I will never be going there again.

I have lived in Arcadia for 3 years. During this period I get my haircut there all the times and Judys skill never disappoints me. Judy is a easy-going and talkative woman, and she can speak several languages. All the stylists there are friendly and welcoming. The price of mans haircut is $9 (not sure about the girls), a pretty decent price. I highly recommend that you try Judy salon and im sure you will leave very satisfied. Remember to make a appointment two hours before you go.

I got a very cute trim here earlier this year. There was no wait and Judy made sure the cut was perfectly even. It was also super cheap, I forgot how much but something like $20 for a shampoo, cut, and style. I loved it and I would definitely return.
