These girls are AWESOME!!! I will never set foot in a Sallys again!! I couldnt even get EXTREMELY BASIC info on the application of toner from the inept scardycats at Sallys. I understand their not wanting to give advice on color correction, but proper use of the product they are selling is not out of bounds!! I called Onestop, was treated with respect,considering I was on the verge of tears just trying to figure out how to correct orange tones, which were an unfortunate side effect of using a box. Never again! I was able to get great information and instruction from Onestop, and now they have a customer for life! Lindsay and Sam, you saved my life, and my hair looks normal again, thanks to you!!!

I live in North Hollywood so its VERY far drive for a guy to just get a hair cut, but my friend Hannah recommend this place to me. In particular, her friend Thao who was supposedly amazing. Well since I moved down to SoCal 6 years ago Ive never found a hair place that I liked. Id settle for ok hair cuts and wearing baseball caps a lot! Well no more! My friend was right, this place is so amazing. Everyone was nice, even the girl at the front that greeted me. And Thao was as good as advertised, not only was it the best haircut Ive had since coming down, but I left feeling more confident than I have been in months! It maybe a long drive, especially in weekend traffic, but I will definitely be back.

I have been here a couple times and always leave feeling happy. The people here are super friendly and helpful. Today they gave me some awesome samples when I described the product I was looking for, and last time they gave me a travel size hair spray with my purchase. When you spend so much on beauty its nice to catch a break once in a while! Also, I feel like the staff are very knowledgeable about the products!

Ive been in here twice and both times I wasnt greeted and left to wander the store. Ladies sat talking behind the counter and finally I had to approach them to ask for the specific product I was looking for. One snapped that they dont carry it and went back talking to the other lady without even trying to help me find an alternative or anything. Walked out of the store and will never return.
