So its saturday, 10/4/14, came for a haircut, walk in, i have been here patiently waiting my turn, there a 3 ladies working, i came in they where working on a kid, i said hello completly ignored, not a hi or hello nothing, they finished the kid and the lady just walked to the back said nothing, waited patiently for about 20 minutes, and fianly another lady walked in. And they heard her on the phone came a helped her. So maybe apointment, but in the time i was there waiting, they could of helped me, my haircut takes about literally 5 to 10 minutes. Now as im writing this another is just walking around, and completely ignoring me, so if they dont want to help they should say something. Horrible costomer service.

Ive been coming to Touch of Beauty Salon for years. I love the service they provide here. Its clean, friendly, and Professional. Ive referred this place to a couple of people and theyve all been really satisfied with the service they received. All the 3 ladies that work here all do a wonderful job. Adela is an artist, she does an awesome job with the permanent make-up. I would recommend this place and will continue to come in for services. I feel 100% satisfied.
