Beware!!!!! Dont let their supposed cleanliness fool you. Their machines look clean from the outside but on the inside, where it counts theyre filthy. I washed my clothes here, 2 loads. One load rinsed thourouly the other looked as if it hadnt rinsed at all. When I approached the attendant on duty, a petite hispanic lady, I was told it was my fault. She had already checked the machine and said I added to much soap. When I took a closer look at the machine it was full of powdered detergent in the far back not noticable unless you pulled the dispenser all the way out. Firstly, I dont use powdered detergent and secondly, If it was as she said and I added to much soap why would one load rinse and the other not. She absolutely refused to re-wash the one load of clothes that didnt rinse properly. All of this over a $3.00 load of laundry. You lost a lot more than $3, you lost me as a customer and everyone that I know as well. You can be sure of that.

Super clean and well stocked! I was honestly a bit nervous based upon previous reviews but I had a great experience. The coin machine gave me my full $20 back in quarters, the machines I used were spotless and everything worked great. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Best of all is it is in the same shopping center as multiple restaurants and Ross, etc. I will definitely come back next time I am in town.

Maps have an issue with the mark. Regardless the direction is close to Pamela St the navigator always send you for Grant Av. About the place always clean, is suspicious that the cheaper machines are not working never... but the other machines are OK Plus: you can leave your dirty clothes before 10 am and you can pick your clean clothes after 5 pm

Pretty clean. Coin-op -- $7 for the 65 lb load washer, which is what I used. 6 minutes per quarter on the dryers. Change machine in the front. They also do drop-off laundry. No complaints. No TV. No Wifi, but Google-Wifi for the city of Mountain View is sort of available (spotty indoors, so need to stay near the front).

We always use their services, the place is big and clean and if you drop the laundry before 10am you can pick it up from 5 to 9. There are shops around like marshalls, nail spa, restaurants etc if you need to make the laundry yourself and pass the time.

This is our go to place for wash and fold whenever we are in Mountain View. Never had a problem and theyve never turned down a same day order. Maybe theres others just the same but we just havent had a reason to try.

The cleanliness of this place is what makes it better than any other laundromat Ive been to nearby. Everytime I go, the attendant is cleaning something. Great to see!
