I have been coming to Aqua Cleaner for 6 years. Since the latest owner/Mgr. took over the service has dropped tremendously. Previously all orders were ready on time and when an order was ready an email was sent as a reminder. The straw that broke the camels back is as follows: I came in after 5:00 on May 7 expecting my clothes, shirts to be ironed and 1 piece of dry cleaning, to be ready. I was told that the items were not ready. The first explanation was that the person that accepted the order did not put it as due on the 7th. When I insisted on getting everything back I noted that the tag on each item was marked as to be ready on 5/7. I pointed this out and was then told that there was a production problem. My problem was that we were leaving at 5:00 am on 5/8 on an extended vacation and needed the garments. I was not informed earlier in the day that my order would not be complete. This would have never happened with the previous owner. When I inquired as to what they would do I expected that they would immediately iron the shirts and deliver to the house. If that could not be done a credit could have been issued for the amount that would have been charged. Neither was offered. When I told the Mgr./owner that I would not he coming back to Aqua he laughed. Yes, he actually laughed. I am off to find a new non-chemical cleaners.
