Walked in at 9:05pm and was told last wash is at nine. Even though they are open until 11 pm. The business hours here are misleading. A lady standing at the entry way yells (she has to do this because Im clear across the other side!) at me stating that "these are not her rules" ReALLy!? Uhh ook I didnt ask you if they were your rules! Actually I didnt ask her any thing and IF I felt the need to have ask any thing of her I most definitely would not have been yelling clear across the room! Why she felt the need to disrespect me by yelling and in front of other paying customers and their children is a personality trait Im glad I do not have! (To be fair I shall refrain from assuming or holding her accountable for her disrespect..after all perhaps this particular employee wasnt shown how to engage in positive communication..) besides my interaction with an adult child mind employee the place was neat and clean. From my oh.. about 1 1/2 minutes inside it looked like the pricing was reasonable too. Im sure the owner has a reason for the two ridiculous hours time difference from last wash until closing. Perhaps it has something to do with the laundromat groupies sitting on the sidewalk whom appeared to be cheering on the disrespectful employee Rating 3 stars because of cleanliness and ample space between counter and washer/dryer . Will try again soon at a more appropriate hour than my last. Recommend

Just went here tonight. Biggest mistake. Most dryers I used didnt even get warm (I chose the high heat setting). This was my 1st time using a "4x load washer" and apparently I used too much soap because my clothes were sudsy at the end of the cycle. NO INSTRUCTIONS. If there had been some sort of instruction, I wouldnt have ended up having to wash ALL MY CLOTHES over again and still....they were sudsy. They need to let people know how much soap to use to avoid wasted money and time. As I mentioned, the small wall side dryers sucked....most had no heat. I had to use the enormous ones at the very back wall to finish drying those failures. I gotta say though, the lady that works there is suuuuper nice and extremely helpful!!!! Shes the only reason I didnt go ham up in there, lol. There is no way to get your money off of the card so Im stuck with -$15....because I wont be going back.

If your washing machine breaks, this is the best laundromat in the area, I think. You have to buy a $3 card, and then you can put cash on the card for the machines. they have lots of them, and huge ones, so your laundry will be done really quickly.

Clean, i love the family washing machines fits about 5 loads in. They have smaller ones as well. Family dryers work best, dry quick. The other dryers are ok. Smaller dryers take longer, not as hot. morning workers are the best.

I would say this is one the best laundromats in fairfield not the greatest.. Make sure to bundle up, it gets very cold in there during cold times i guess they dont turn on the heater

Nice laundry place as laundry places go. The lady who wotks there is very nice and helpful. Has the very large washers at a good price.
