I have to agree with all of these reviews. I manage an RV park and have a small six machine laundry room. We have not had any issues with the machines for several years. Recently however, the machines have reached that age were they are starting to fail. We had a dryer start smoking and making a lot of noise so we called for repairs. Waited a week and no service call. Now we had two more machines go out, no rinse cycle and no heat on one of the dryers. Called customer service and I got an apology and a promise that they would get someone out right away to fix them all. Another week goes by and still no tech. Called a 3rd time and I got another apology and a promise and three days later a tech shows up. Doesnt stop at the office just goes straight to the laundry. Fifteen minutes later the tech leaves again without stopping by the office. So I go out to check on the machines and all three machines are still out of service. So I call a fourth time, get another apology and a promise that a tech will be out within the next couple of days. No show, so I call yet again, get the apology, and so I suggest that maybe it is time to just replace the machines with new ones since it has been more than six years of heavy use. Sure no problem! Just have to renegotiate the contract...blah blah blah. So, weeks of inconvenienced guests and lost revenue. Hows about renegotiating that! At this point Im thinking that in the long run we would be better off just installing our own machines. To bad you cant post a review with NO STARS!

Dated everything... These guys will drive you up a wall with how out of date their machines and processes are. Our laundry card machine only takes cash, then when the thing eats your cash without giving your card (which you also had to pay $5 for) any credit, your apartment complex management tells you that you have to call their help line to have any hope of getting your $20 back... Upon getting on the phone with these guys, Im greeted by a guy whose extremely thick accent makes the communication very difficult. Ultimately, however, I learn that I have to physically mail my card to their warehouse just to receive an evaluation of the issue. May luck be on your side if you get stuck working with this infernal garbage heap of a company either as a business owner or a resident/user. Im an adult in 2017. I have better things to do than pay postage for a card I already paid for, snail mail it, and wait up to several weeks just for a CHANCE to get $20 back. I mean, really? God forbid you are so strapped that this nonsense happens to your last 20 dollars. Do not use this company. If youre gonna be one of the trashy apartment complexes that cant even put W/D machines in your units, then do your poor residents the courtesy of machines that take normal cards, or even coins for the love of all that is sensible. This company needs to discontinue all of its dated machines and get up to speed, or get left behind with the remainder of last decades inconvenience.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would. My letter to them... Keith has been contacted several times by my husband, Paul, as have your customer service reps. I HAVE HAD IT. We have been without a working washing machine for over a month now. Im contacting you through every means I have available now and intend to Yelp and send letters to the press at this point. Ive HAD IT. We are a family that lives in a small complex in San Rafael CA and have patiently, and then impatiently called customer service in hopes that the machine would be fixed. Tell me....EXACTLY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE SOMEONE WILL PAY ATTENTION???? I am now taking over for my husband since hes much busier than I am. I have every intention of contacting your company in every way possible...first, every hour. Then every half hour. Then I will take the time to continuously call your customer service, clog your emails and write letters to everyone that I can think of, including EVERY PROPERTY MANAGER IN CALIFORNIA to warn them NOT to use your service. I maintain a large co op housing complex in Martinez, Ca On November 9th I reported a washer that was making a horribly loud noise when in use. Residents were complaining. I was told they would come out to fix it. They red tagged the unit and wrote "replacement ordered" on the tag. After a three or four weeks I called for status. They said a bearing was out and someone would call me back. Never heard back from anyone. I waited a week and called again. Now they tell me they are replacing the washer. I asked when? They said they would call me back. Never happened. Called again a week later. Same run around. Just called today again and they didnt know anything. I had to explain the whole story to them. No manager to talk to... nothing. I was given a name and extension to try to reach someone else later today because there was no supervisor answering. Unacceptable and unprofessional. If I could give them 10 negative stars I would. In retaliation for our complaints they have raised the prices over $2. We are currently seeking an attorney . This company should be shut down ASAP. Everyone has stopped using there trash in our building. We need to put them on the sidewalk. Even their employees admit their machines are out of date and do not work. Our complaints are the same, washer is not spinning and the dryer is like warm. Oh and they tell their staff to make internal adjustments which I have seen to make the machines less efficient.

This company is absolutely ridiculous! I have had 4 different cards with balances on them zero out to no balance. Initially, emailed them about the issue and no response. So, when the 4th time it happened I finally called they said they had never heard of that happening when I know for a fact from my leasing office that it has happened to other tenants. Wouldnt suggest them for your apartment complex!

Horrible and unreliable customer service. Employees at the call center are completely useless and unhelpful. I would suggest another company for this type of service.
