this place is a complete joke, the owner who barely speaks english charges insane rates. I dropped off a couple shirts and a suit after seeing them in OC cleaners website for a low advertised rate. when i went to pick up the clothes i was charges over $50 for dry cleaning that should have been around $20 when i asked to speak to the owner he came out and told me that he is the most expensive in newport because his work is the best and told me not to come back if i dont like it. most expensive in newport? why doesnt he advertise that!? by the way the work done was nothing special, i actually received much better service and the work was perfect across the street at the dry cleaners in the bluffs shopping center where pei wei and panera are and it was a fraction of what this joker charges. DO NOT USE NEWPORT NORTH CLEANERS the work is average at best and the price is double or triple what you can get at other places, not to mention the staff is rude

DONT GO HERE! I brought in four items, and they gave me an estimate, which ended up being 1/4th the price of the actual total!! They also damaged one of my items, and had me come back so they could fix it. When I returned a week later it still hadnt been fixed, and I had to come back a second time. I was stunned by the full price, but I paid. About 10 minutes later I realized how much I was getting ripped off, so I went back to ask for a partial refund at least for the item they had me wait twice for. They wouldnt do a refund. All they did was offer me $3.00 in store credit for a $47.35 purchase, which I didnt take because there is no way I would ever bring my dry cleaning back to them.

They lost my tie it was an $80 paul smith tie, sadly my favorite. They refused to offer me any kind of reparations or discount just told me "sorry" for $80 bucks for an order you think they could not lose my clothes. I would not recommend going here it is over priced and the service is lacking for the price.

Waste of money! $50 for four shirts. You can get four shirts for $10 and the same service. Newport North Cleaners is for people that want to feel like they are rich. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Overpriced!! 2piece suit for my boyfriend was $30 and my work pants were $11. Never coming back!!
