All I have to say is WOW - Orange Coast Chem-Dry came to my rescue! I put a full jug of laundry detergent on my cars front seat and it leaked all over the light tan fabric. In a panic, I called them to see what to do and when their next available appointment was. Not only did they come out on a Friday evening to extract the soap and clean all of the upholstery in my car including the huge spill spot, but the upholstery in my car now looks amazing! I had previously called them to clean the carpet in my home. They used their special treatment on some areas that my old dog got in the bad habit of going. After that the odor was gone and my carpet looked clean and spot-free. Orange Coast Chem-Dry is my go-to company for carpet and upholstery cleaning - I cant recommend them enough for their professionalism, customer service, and results.

Literally these guys are the best carpet cleaners in orange county. I’ve used various carpet cleaners in the past but the level of service you get from orange coast chemdry is exceptional. They arrive on time, don’t waste your time trying to sell a bunch of stuff you don’t need and arent pushy about it. Over the past 2.5 years they’ve cleaned my old house in costa mesa and my house in irvine. my carpet gets abused between the dog and my two boys who are wonderful at making messes but the chemdry process does an awesome job in cleaning up all the dirt and spills off the carpet. Also the fact chemdry is green is a huge plus. I will never go back to steam cleaning again or another carpet cleaner again because these guys are so great.

I would recommend Orange Coast Chem-Dry to anyone. They’ve done a great job both times they cleaned the carpet in my house. Their pricing is fair and upfront. My carpet was pretty dirty from my dogs but they made it look nice again. This last time they also did upholstery cleaning on my sectional couch and it turned out way better than I expected. The guys they send out are professional and are attentive. They don’t cut corners and work hard. There are lots of carpet cleaning companies to use in Newport Beach … I know because I’ve used several … but I will keep calling these guys back based on their professionalism and quality of work. Great job!

After reading all the reviews I picked Orange Coast Chem Dry and I was more than pleased with the service I received. Mike and Miguel did an excellent job; the best I have ever had and my carpet looks like new. They didnt rush through, and the equipment and process they used is better than what I have experienced in the past. In particular, the stairs look great! I highly recommend them and will use them again to clean my tile and grout. They tried their product on a small patch of grout to show me how it would look, measured and gave me a quote for it before they left. Honestly, this company is the best!
