axon42 must have the wrong dry cleaners because I have frequented this place and the service is excellent. The facility is nice and the service is even better. Occasionally damages do happen, as with any dry cleaners, but Northwood has been especially good in allowing me to file a claim and get reimbursed for my damaged item.

I showed them the spot on my clothes and they claimed they will fix it. The first time found out myself that it isnt fixed. Then they took it for a second time. The second time again, I had to check myself and find that the spot is not cleaned. They did not refund me a dime
