Do NOT waste time/money laundry or dry clean your shirt here unless you dont mind wearing a very wrinkle shirt. I had them clean more than 15 shirts in the last 2 months, and I received them back all wrinkle. I told them they need to button up 1 or 2 more buttons along the shirt (chest and belly area) to keep it from collapsing and I noticed other dry cleaner put one plastic clip on the neck button to keep the collar in shape and they put another clip to hold the sleeves together to keep the sleeves from collapsing and creating wrinkles. I politely told one of the owners there, and her face immediately turned from smiley to dislike, and she reluctantly reworked one shirt for me but the problem is not the ironing, it is the way they fold and hang the shirts. She wont listen and she refused to rework my other shirts. She said its gonna be less wrinkle if I put it on. Well, here is the picture, and I have over 10 shirts like this. Sigh... I have to spend another $20 somewhere else to re-wash/re-iron all these shirts. Very disappointed by their service, lack of patience/care to customer. Attached photo is a common issue among all the shirts I have received back from them. You can be the judge if I am an over-demanding customer or they simply dont know how to take care of shirts. They do know how to wash and iron pants, but I wont go back there since I really want my shirts well done. Cheap is good, but they recent increased the price so cheap is no more, and quality is .... not there either.

Absolutely love their service and superb quality--such nice people and they consistently do a thorough job with my shirts, ties and suits as everything comes organized and ready-two-year (which is the most important aspect for me). They do great alterations too. Ive used well over 20 different dry cleaners throughout Orange County; its not the closest to my house but Im willing to travel for such good quality. 5-star cleaner.

Used them for several years since they opened. They are fine until they start to gouge you or you have an issue, then their true nastiness comes out. East Hills Cleaners much better all the way around and especially integrity and professionalism.

Excellent customer service. When my wife or I walk arrive, they know who we are and get our items as we are walking in. I left $20 in my pocket one time, and they gave it to me. They are the best.

Worst service ever. Would never return, very rude and wouldnt listen to what my issue was, only that I was complaining with no reason. Customers are not their priority, find a different place.
