I rarely had to deal with the family dry cleaning while my wife was alive, but had to take over those responsibilities when she became bedridden four years ago and have continued after her death last May. The change in ownership has been smooth and I appreciate being able to use my credit card for charges (the previous ownership required cash or check only). I realize every business dealing with a volume of customers is going to experience problems occasionally. Fortunately, I have only had a couple of issues come up, but they were resolved promptly, courteously, and professionally without a "defensive" or "confrontational" attitude. Specifically, my last order was not completed in its entirety and I had to return the following day to pick up the balance of the order. However, like most of your customers (Im assuming) your location is convenient so an extra trip was not much of a burden and, unlike most of your customers (again Im assuming) I typically dont need nor require "same/next-day service" anyway but appreciate your efforts to accommodate your customers that do
