They charge you nearly $5.00 to dry clean each shirt. They have a big sign in the door saying in by 9 out by 4. I took my clothes there to dry clean and they said my clothes would be ready in two days after 4pm. I ask why did it take so long, they said if I wanted it sooner, that I would have to pay more. Now I ask you, if the sign says in by 9 and out by 4, why cant they get the clothes ready by the next day without charging extra? I ask for my money back and told the guy he was a ripoff. So if you like getting screwed, then by all means, go to this place to get your clothes cleaned, but if you dont like being ripped off, then there are plenty of places that charge only $2.00 a shirt for dry cleaning. Shame on Elite Dry Cleaning (Lake Forest) for ripping people off.

If I could choose "zero stars" I would. They ripped the bodice of my wedding dress. Tore a hole in it and snagged it (around the hole). Yes, yes, yes they did AND the very unsympathetic "Luis" behind the counter (who claims he is the manager...) NEVER apologized, never accepted blame for the situation, never offered me my money back!!! I had to tell him what to do about the situation, and he just points to a sign inside that says something about missing buttons and zippers left on the property after 30 days are not their responsibility. Um? Hello? So I started bawling. They RIPPED the beads off of my wedding dress bodice AND after I had to force him to get the girl who "did it" to FIX IT, there was a NEW HOLE and still - one missing bead. Are you kidding me people?

My regular dry cleaner retired and closed their business - good for them. Im on the hunt for a new dry cleaner and I asked the gentleman behind the counter of Elite Cleaners for a current price list because nothing was posted. He said he didnt have a price list, "Just ask me. I tell you how much." I asked how would I know the price went up. He said he doesnt raise prices. This sent up MANY red flags for me on several standard business practices, so this will not be my cleaners. I read the previous reviews and since they were several years old I felt compelled to add my comments. It appears to be the same person, same attitude. Im still looking for another dry cleaner.

This Place sucks...never go there...the guy who works at the counter has an attitude. I asked him for owners name and number he said no he will not give it me. I had a coupon and wanted to charge me $4.50 for a shirt. I still need owners cell so if u have it please post

I have been going to this dry cleaning store for 10 years. Their prices have always been reasonable, their quality has been fantastic, and their customer service is great.
