First off, please excuse my ignorance. Im not familiar with the dry cleaning process so I called on a Saturday morning to ask if it would be possible to drop off suit and dress shirt and pick it up same day or Monday morning. He informed me that no one does that, not him, not no one. He had a lecturing, and demeaning tone. I would never go there just based on his attitude to a potential customer. Best I could find was Serranos Cleaners that were helpful in providing a time that they COULD have it available: Monday afternoon. How hard was that?

Rude, unpleasant, no care at all about your time or your clothes. Do not recommend going at all, bad owner and way overpriced for dry clean or just wash. Go to G&H Cleaner next to CVS instead, much better, much more pleasant, and very fair price and great service and turnaround time.
