We were visiting in Santa Ana and lost our car keys. Tom responded quickly to our phone call, came to our location and quickly got us in our vehicle. In addition, he was able to make us a new key and program it as well, to avoid a tow truck to the dealership and other added fees. He was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Definitely deserves a five star rating!

This place is dope!! Tom is the man!! He knows his stuff, flexible, friendly and willing to communicate. I have a 08 BMW E60 5 series that no one else would do the programming nor could do it. Came in on a Monday morning, and talked to Tom, 30 mins later, boom!! I have a spare key for my baby!! Highly recommended!!

Tom worked for more than 4 hours on my Land Rover. I busted the key and he made 5 identical ones until finally one worked. I cannot say enough about how much extra time he put in to make sure everything was perfect. He eve fixed the handle on my door for nothing. I would highly reccomend 24 hr locksmith.
