My review is strictly on the pricing, nothing wrong with my service the guy was very nice and let me know what he was using to open my car. He was there for less then 5 minutes and helped me get my keys out of my car really quick. I also want to note that I made the locksmith wait about 10 minutes and he came back when I let called him back, never once did he give me any attitude or anything. Now the reason for my one star review is the price I got. When i called originally the person on the phone let me know it would be 15 for the service fee and 25 for the actual work that would be done. The 25 could vary so it wasnt a for sure price. Which is understandable. I called back again to ask if they took card or cash and i just wanted to confirm the price again just to double check. He then let me know it would be a 20 service fee with a 35 work charge. I let it slide because 55 bucks was still less then a lot of other locksmiths I called. Once the work was done the locksmith then told me it would be a 25 dollar charge and the actual work fee would be 99.00 a total of 124 for a job that was less then 5 minutes. Are you kidding thats the reason I called and tried to confirm the price. Thats a 70 dollar difference! Thats what i get for trying to save 20 bucks i guess, I would rather use Triple A they would have charged me a whole lot less.

The best locksmith in Santa Ana provided same day service and re-keyed two locks at my new apartment.  I requested quotes from a few different companies and this locksmith was by far the best deal.  Dont waste your time like I did because I promise you wont find a better value! the locksmith even showed up at the apartment about 15 minutes early.  He re-keyed both locks professionally and took the time to test them to make sure I was happy.  He suggested only re-keying two of the four locks, which saved me a lot of money and provided sound safety advice on his way out.  As I was about to leave, the technician came running down the street with receipt in hand.  I didnt even need a copy, but it just goes to show how far out of his way the locksmith will go for a customer.
