I went in asking for a shave & a beard trim today. I told the guy exactly what I wanted, including what I didnt want when he asked me about various options. This guy wasnt even prepared to give me a proper shave with a razor, and offered to do it with an electric instead. Since I was pressed for time, I agreed, and he got started. What I ended up with was an asymmetrical mess on my face, with a mustache area which was trimmed much too thinly (I specifically told him to lightly trim my mustache area, and now I have something that looks like it belongs on a pimp.) I was so shocked at what hed already done to my beard that when he asked me if everything was good, I replied "Yes," and asked how much I owed him (I didnt want him messing up my beard anymore than he already had.) This guy had the audacity to charge me "only 25 dollars" for this substandard, disappointing, embarassing result. I paid him his fee, plus 2 dollars tip (which I only left in order to avoid appearing to be a cheapskate), and got the Hell out of there. I just had to spend 15 minutes of my own time in front of a mirror with a pair of trimmers just to shape his poor result into something relatively symmetrical. I wish that I could give my experience zero stars, but I dont see that option as being available. If this was the only barber shop within 50 miles, I would drive 51 miles in order to avoid the mess this place makes. You have lost a customer for good. This isnt just a matter of something which can be sent back & fixed right away (as would be the case in a restaurant), someone has to live with the mistakes that such a person makes until the mistake manages to grow out. I am furious.

Came here because they were open an hour longer than my usual barber... regular hair cut is $18, What A Joke. My near by barber is on $8 and i saw the people getting hair cuts, theres nothing special here worth me paying over double the price.

We come to see Brian. He takes care of my son. I havent found another shop that is so relaxed and makes you feel welcome. Well stay with Brian.
