I had a loved one dying and they wanted to be cremated. I dont know much about the cremation process. So,I decided to call around for more information. called and spoke to the owner. I asked what were the options for cremating someone. The guy who answered the phone asked me what is it that you want to know? I replied can you tell me about your services, he kept saying what is it that you are looking for. I cant help you if you dont know what you want. I replied I dont know my options, remember this is the first time that Ive had to do this. I was looking for someone who would tell me the difference between the services that they offer. Instead of explaining the services he offers, this guy expected me to know about his services. This guy is not pleasant, no customer service skills, He did not answer my questions. Oh by the way, I found out he was the owner only when I called back to ask for someone else who would be more professional. I hope you know that you are really really bad at explaining. I do not recommend this business.

This might be an odd thing to "recommend," but when someone is in the throes of grief while trying to find the right place for handling the final arrangements for a loved one (like I was), maybe this review might help. Chapman Funeral Care & Cremation handled the arrangements for the cremation for my beloved mother. I couldnt have been happier. The staff was polite and caring, no-nonsense, and professional, and the price was reasonable. I made the right choice with Terry & Mary Harmon. Thank you so much.

The staff at Chapman Funeral Home helped make the decisions that I needed to make, a lot less difficult for me. They were sensitive to my familys religious beliefs. My Aunt passed early Saturday morning end of September and Terry made himself available so I could get all of the matters in order. He was very understanding and attentive to our needs. The handling of the paperwork was copmpleted with ease as well as the cremation arrangments.
