This office (Orange, CA) is not the office to deal with. If you want to work with an agency that drops the ball, cannot seem to get their payroll correct and then points fingers at their Clients or the Talent when they do make a mistake, then this IS the office for you. I have had nothing but nightmare issues with this office from day one. Bad reviews are not something I do, but if I can save someone the headache that I suffered for two years with this Unprofessional staff then I am doing a great service here. Good luck to you in your search, I have found my dream job using the job boards such as ziprecruiter and indeed.com, maybe you can too!

Sent my daughter and i to a few hours at a calling center job that was mandatory but we were not paid. They kept claiming they needed more and more information from us both after we were hired. This company made us jump through TONS OF HOOPS and it just kept going on and on. The girls in the office are CLUELESS when you have a question. And one of the women in the murray office is so rude.....not just to us but to everyone we heard her talk to, and shouldnt ever be allowed to interact with people. I would rate them a BIG. FAT. ZERO.

They need to diversify, too much mass hiring of Vietnamese Americans into a workplace. A business runs better in a diverse environment. Maybe the Federal Goverment needs to investigate racial discrimination as this is the second time Im working in an environment where 90% of the people are the same ethnic group. I feel isolated and dont understand Vietnamese
