They tried to charge me $7240 for a $500 repair. They claimed my existing heating system was improperly installed, leaking carbon monoxide into my house, needed $2000 in repairs, and had fundamental design flaws that would continue to give me problems. They recommended complete replacement and wrote up a $7240 quote on the spot. I called in William Lipp Hydronics (Redwood City) for a second opinion. Lipp fixed my system for $500 (I highly recommend them!) and said NOTHING Palo Alto Plumbing told me was true. After I filed a Better Business Bureau claim, Palo Alto Plumbing refunded the service call charge. I can only conclude from my experience that they are totally incompetent and corrupt.

I have used Palo Alto Plumbing many times. Never had any problems with them and they have been very professional, reliable and the repairs were well done. Even came on Thanksgiving and once on Christmas Eve. Yes, I paid more for those trips, but it was worth it. They have done A/C work, furnace and pipes. Occasionally they run late, but sometimes my job makes them run late. I do call when the scheduled time passes and they are not here yet, but they are better than most other services. Definitely way way better than Direct TV, and that is just my TV and not my toilets! Everyone is polite and Daniele in the office (she answers the phone) is very professional.

PA Plumbing Heating has serviced my heater several years ago and did a great job. Today we finally decided the time had come to turn on the heat as it was hovering around 60 inside... I did some minor self maintenance on the furnace - replace filter, vacuum up, etc. When the furnace fired up, I had an issue - only 3 of the 5 burners were firing. I called, spoke to Max at 5:15, quickly explained my problem - I could tell Max was on the road. He told me how to clean the burners @5:25 problem solved! Trying getting that kind of free support these days!

I called Palo Alto Plumbers after reading excellent reviews on our local "Next Door" comments and I was totally satisfied with their service. They arrived right on time and quickly solved the problem then helped me with two unrelated things. They dont repair dishwashers but showed me how to do it myself. The service was excellent. Thank you PA Plumbing.

Awful!!!! If you want to get your job half done - please call Palo Alto Plumbers. They did not finish their work at my home and after 2 months of calling and getting - we will call you back , I gave up and call someone else. Awful customer services as well. When I say I would never recommend them I got " whatever".

Completely unprofessional. We had a serious plumbing problem, they said someone would come in 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later, I called back and he told me theyd be another 30 minutes. And he had the gall to ask for time and a half. AVOID!!

I had Max and company add a water pressure pump to my hillside home. We could not have been happier with the professionalism and follow thru. Would recommend these guys. In fact just called them out to repair our AC system.
