We used to love Gunderson Plumbing in Monroe, but our recent experience with Gunderson has left us very angry and disappointed, as we thought we had a good relationship with Tom Gunderson. We gave Gunderson a check for $1237 in September for a new pump and that was the last we have seen of him. We have left numerous voice messages and we have received no response in the last three weeks. We have to assume the pump was never purchased and that our money has been taken. We have filed a complaint on the BBB site and will be taking this to small claims court. Beware.

Its friday night, 6 oclock pm and no plumbers are answering, or they were giving me the bs line of "we cant give you a quote, so pay us to come out and then we will". I called, tom answered, and I told him the situation. That our toilet is clogged and its the only one in the house and my wife just came home with a new baby. He gave us an approximate quote, and said he could be here in an hour. He came promptly, he was very polite, and was able to unclog the toilet. The price was very reasonable. I will be suggesting him to everyone.

Tom Gunderson responded quickly to our call, got the problem done with no waist of time, and was very reasonable on the charge. I would recommend Gunderson Plumbing without reservation for any work or repairs that need to be done.

I work at a Hotel in Monroe and Tom always answers our calls right away. He gets to our location quickly and always fixes the problem. He is very nice and understanding. I would recommend him before any other plumbers!

Tom and Aaron (sp?) fixed my problem quickly and cheaply. Big name company wanted to go into the crawl space and charge me thousands. Tom and Aaron had it done in fifteen minutes. I have a preferred plumber now.
