I was looking for a new spot to get my hair cut and walked into Salon Sonik. I have curly hair, and like many curly haired women, the curl is not even all over. If I forget to point out that the hair on my crown curls up significantly more than the underneath, I can walk away with hideous chunky layers. My hair dresser blow dried it straight for me so she didnt realize it at first, but when she showed me the back, I told her right away that it would curl into a big disaster. She said if it looked bad, to come back and shed fix it free of charge! Sure enough, I washed it, and it became the WORST hair cut I have ever had! I cried, locked myself in the bathroom, and called Salon Sonik to make a new appointment. The second time, I became the pickiest client in the world, and when none of her efforts satisfied me, she offered to have her manager take a look at it. The manager must have magic scissors, because a couple snips later and I had a GREAT hair cut! She showed my hairdresser her little trick, and I got to walk out of there a very satisfied customer :-)

Sonia at Salon Sonik was Fantastic!! She arrived super early the day of my wedding with an entourage of wonderful stylists. I had 6 bridesmaids and my mother with me, and they had us finished, beautiful, and out the door with time to spare! I absolutely loved my style; Sonia did wonders with my thin, static-filled hair. She even took the time to paint the ribbon on my veil to allow it to blend with my hair better. The cost was comparable or lower than the other salons in the area, and I was able to communicate with her from a distance to make the appointment and share my style ideas. (This was very important to me, because I planned the entire wedding from another state and could not meet with anyone prior to the wedding weekend.) The team was just great!!

I had an appointment on Sat Jan 5th so this is not an old review. I always go to Charlene to have anything done to my hair. Because.....I leave always looking great, my hair looks soft and shiny and I have always had interesting and fun conversation. I love this salon because it is not too big and noisy (hate that) and everyone is always sweet and nice and calls you by name. Charlene had an assistant helping her that day also I believe her name was Rema (I hope that is right) she also was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding any of the processes and products she was using.I cant say enough about Salon Son.ik I LOVE the place. Oh, did I mention FREE parking.Yah!

Had a great appointment with NADIA! She is a talented artist and the sweetest woman ever. I am trying to grow out my hair since I had a horrible hair cut last summer at a different salon. I told Nadia this and that I just wanted my split ends to be cut off and she did just that! My hair looks healthy and is still a good long length! I also got my hair colored to a darker brown and she did an excellent job mixing the perfect color for my skin tone. I have recommended her to all of my friends and suggest you go see her too. Ive been coming to Salon Sonik Hair Salon Pasadena Evans salon and getting my hair cut and colored by Vania for 7 years. Vania is absolutely amazing! A super cool laid back chick who knows what will work and what wont. Together weve gone from long brown hair to a blonde bob to red with bangs and everything in between. What holds true is that the color and cuts are always perfect. The salon space is great, super convenient and the front desk staff really friendly and welcoming. I really love this place! And I really really love Vania!

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Sonia and the staff are simply the best. They always do a wonderful job. I love the ambiance and the friendly environment. This is by far the best Hair salon in Pasadena. I am always pleased with the quality of care I get. I cant say enough about the staff. They also have a really cool jewelry boutique inside as well. I always pick out a little something for my wife whenever I visit them.

Salon Sonik is head and shoulders above the competition in Pasadena. Their staff of stylist are great at what they do and I could not be happier with the level of service I get every time I visit. The onwer Sonia is a real gem and always makes sure that I have the best time when I am getting my eyebrows and haircut. Sonia Ajamian, the owner of the salon, has been cutting and styling my hair for more than 10 years. I followed her to Salon Sonik when it opened, and have consistently received excellent service, good advice about changes in hair style, and flexibility in scheduling appointments when necessary. The atmosphere of the salon is friendly; all of the professionals who work there are skilled.

Ive been going to have my hair styled and colored by Sonia for a long time, and her Salon is a great place to go. Everyone is friendly, and the salon is pretty and comfortable. Plenty of parking in the lot every time Ive been there!
