Ive been a loyal customer of Carefree salon since living in the area, even recommending the salon to friends & coworkers. However, I am highly disappointed by my most recent experience and will not be returning to the salon. I had a consultation and for a natural look was recommended to tone the roots and come back in 4-6 weeks to highlight them. However, the result was about two inches of dark roots in stark contrast to the blonde, and I am already needing to highlight them. This means paying about $200 in a matter of 2 weeks. I requested a discount/refund or color correction and was refused, spoken to in a harsh manner and told "why dont you just go find another salon". While the consultation was indeed a conversation, I sincerely hope that in the future, the owner and Lisa ensure that their customers are happy with their hair and provided with good service.

Cheryl is the BEST hairdresser I have ever had!!!. I used to pay up to $70.00 which included tip and now I get an even better haircut for $25.00. I have followed Cheryl from other salons and will continue to do so. In addition to being an excellent hairdresser, she has a wonderful, warm and genuine personality and I also consider her a friend. If you want a great cut from someone who is the real deal at a great price, visit Cheryl!!!!

I loved getting my hair cut here! I went in because I wanted to donate my hair, and both the ladies working were really sweet and friendly. I had gotten a bad cut the last time I donated (at another salon), so I was a little apprehensive at first. I hadnt needed to worry, though; Liliane did a fantastic job! Will definitely be coming back here!

Love this hair salon, been with Rosie and Tara for years. Always a perfect cut an color! They have even cleaned up some of the problems, when I strayed to another salon. That will teach me to stay with the best and forget the rest. Love Carefree Thank you Rosie and Tara(=
