I got my hair cut by Stephanie 2 days ago and it wasnt until I straightened it that I realized how choppy it looked. Since I wasnt happy about my haircut, I called them to ask for Paula, which is the lady who cut my hair another time and it was actually decent. They told me she was working until 3pm today. I got there at 2pm and asked for Paula, they told me she had gone on break and would be back in 30 minutes. Ok so I left and came back at 2:40pm, 20 minutes before she was supposed to leave. I got there and nobody greeted me, there was a lady who worked there just chilling on the couch and after a few minutes of nobody helping me, she called out to Paula from her station. I explained to Paula my situation, I told her I had cut my hair 2 days ago and I wasnt happy about it and if she could trim it a bit and blend it because shes cut my hair before and I liked how it looked. She just looked at me and said "oh Im leaving". I was confused because they told me to come back after her break and that she would leave at 3pm. I told her "I came earlier and they sent me back because you were on break." And all she had to say was "well they sent me home early." Seriously?!?!?!?!? I was appalled. Im VERY displeased with their customer service and with my ugly/ choppy haircut. Nobody wants their hair looking like a broom!! I cant believe they didnt even bother to help me. Bottom line: I dont recommend this place. I wish I wouldve seen the reviews before coming in, obviously there are a lot of unhappy customers.

Its clear no one at Supercuts has any idea how to thin hair properly. Its to the point where I dont even ask them to do it anymore, I only get a trim. Dont they train these stylists? I go there for the low costs but Im not sure its worth it if I cant get what I want

This place is awesome! Good vibes and nice staff. Always has good music playing also. I go back every time to get a sharp haircut. I always schedule with Jenn. She is an artist when it comes to hair. Thanks to all at this Supercuts

As with haircut places, keep going back to the same person if you can, as eventually you dont have to explain you hair cut every time you go in. The prices are a bit high here.
