I always go to the super cuts on Lakewood and Patton in downey. That staff is very friendly and well organized. When the receptionist is on break the stylists still greet and help the incoming customers. Today I brought my son to the super cuts on Lakewood and gallitan Im downey because they had a shorter wait time and this staff was rude; their receptionist was on break and none of them took the time to greet the incoming customers. They did not give me a second glance. I had my son on the call ahead list and I sat here waiting to be helped for about 20-25 minutes. It wasnt until the receptionist got back from lunch that I was helped. And when she told one of the stylist my son was supposed to go first because he was a call ahead she gave me the nastiest look. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my sons hair was at least cut decently. Looks like I will not be coming back here.

Nice people but poor service. I sat down right away because it was slow on a Tuesday at 11am. I asked for a #2 all around and shorten up the top. This is very easy hair cut for guys, nothing special. This woman left one side much longer than the other and started to unbutton the skirt without asking me what I thought. I told her to fix it and she angrily cut around the my whole head instead of just one side. She left the front top side too long. I wanted to leave so I just said it was fine to get out of there. The TV was on the whole time and she kept looking at it while cutting my hair. I was very disappointed overall. If they have trouble with mens short hair cuts I wouldnt think womens is any easier. Please dont go here.

Have been going here for over a year and had decent quality haircuts. However, I just got back from getting my hair butchered beyond all belief! Turns out, the lady who cut my hair is the general manager! She talked a million miles an hour, and cut my hair even faster. She literally spent 4 minutes flying through the haircut. Ive never seen someone in such a hurry before in my life. And there wasnt anyone waiting either!! Now I have to wait a month to get it fixed. Awesome.

Waited for an hour! The stylest told me it would be a 40 min wait! I had to ask them to add my name to the waiting list because I saw they kept adding clients! After waiting a hour, they skipped me and said I had to wait longer! Awful service! Will never go back!

Was waiting 45 min to get a consultation on how much it would be to do my moms hair and we were being ignored. The service was really terrible, the people were rude! So unprofessional! Would never go back and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
