Horrible customer service. I went into the salon and the lady at the counter barely acknowledged my presence, spoke to me in a very matter-of-fact manner without an iota of compassion and went about her business. But she was very chirpy and exuberant while interacting with her colleagues. As soon as I walked in, she turned into a sulk face. I just walked out. Go here if you want rude, arrogant, borderline racist white women to cut your hair!
