If you want a great haircut and/or color, go to Nina! Shes been doing my hair for years and I always get complements on the cut, color and highlights. A few years ago I moved to San Pedro but I still happily make the commute to Jadens to get a cut from Nina. Shes a good listener if you already have something in mind but shes also very skilled at making her own recommendations. I often find that she knows what I want better than I do! She also does excellent updos. She styled my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and it turned out stunning! She made it convenient by coming to my house the morning of the wedding. All the girls were thrilled with their hair and so was I. My sisters only complaint was that she wished Nina had done her hair for her own wedding 2 years ago. (Unfortunately my sis lives out of state and that would not have been possible.) My mom went to another stylist the day of the wedding as she didnt have time to come to the house but she wasnt happy with how her style came out. Luckily Nina came to the rescue. Not only did she style my bridesmaids and my hair, she fixed the style that someone else gave my mom. She never fails to go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy with their hair. Ive never been disappointed with a visit to Nina and neither will you!

I have just done another hair cut at Jadens Hair and am loving it! Cant stop looking at myself in the mirror - I look like a star! If you are looking for a wonderful hairdresser, then go to Nina, you can schedule an appointment with her by calling the salon. She always does a perfect haircut and styling, and she gets it right every single time. Nina has done my haircuts for a couple of years now, and although I moved to the Riverside county at the end of the last year, I am still happy to drive all the way to Long Beach to have my hair cut and styled by Nina. She is a wonderful hairdresser and will make your hair look any way you want! Thank you Nina!

Empty store location :( All of the street level units are empty. Jadens has a very sad sign in the window about how their demise was beyond their control, and all the former workers were going in different directions. I noticed this while waiting for a bus in front. Looks like a landlord may have gotten a bit too greedy. Just a guess though. Not sure when they closed. Someone next door said over 6 months ago

Nina and Meredith are AMAZING. If you EVER need an up-do, go to Nina. Nina did my hair, and her daughter did my make-up for my wedding and it was all SO BEAUTIFUL. Plus they are very very friendly and can definitely chat you up to distract you on your big day. I would definitely recommend this salon- BEST in Belmont Shores!
