Ive been to MANY hair salons and have always left with a "my hair looks good, but..." Not here! I walked in with very long hair (below my breasts), dark roots, and no style to it. I had read that Ashlea has done excellent work at Evolution, and I agree. I showed her a picture of the color, highlights, and cut that I wanted and she made sure my goal was met. We looked at a color chart, and talked about EXACTLY how I wanted my cut. I didnt feel rushed and she focused only on my hair. Ashlea colored, highlighted, cut & styled my hair and did an amazing job. My goal was definitely met! It had been a long time that I had done my hair since I had my baby, and going to her and looking the way I did when I walked out made me feel good. Thank you Ashlea and job well done! The owner and employees were very friendly, and the salon itself is very cute. I will definitely return to Evolution Hair Salon to see Ashlea, and recommend her to others. If you want to pay an affordable price and look great, go to Evolution. The salon has talented people that know what they are doing.

This place is wonderful! Beatriz is very friendly and professional. The salon itself very clean and organized. The best part about this place is the price! I have fairly long hair so getting a my hair cut, colored and styled usually costs a little more. However at this place I get all of that for LESS than my cousin does who has short ( above the shoulder ) hair for the same services at one of those mall salons. Ive walked out a few salons disappointed but at this place I always walk out very pleased with the results. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

Downey may have salons in every corner as every near by city but after going to every salon taking my chances !!!! I found my one stop Evolution Hair Salon I would always pass by till I took my chance and HAPPY ever since and they are gracious to my pocket book unlike that negative REVIEW!!!!!! they have I had no problem IN GETTING WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!! My hair is very long and not everyone knows how to cut layers and mine look Fabulous and they fall beautifully I also get my eyebrows done I have no problem Come on in you wont be dissapointed PINKEY PROMISE

Ill like to say I have been coming here for years now and they never disappoint! You do got to keep in mind work takes time and is a process. I have gone from black to brown to blonde and back! I cant never have my hair the same color for long periods of time! Also as a loyal customer you cant expect to bleach your hair and not take care of it! So most of the time I buy the products that they recommend! Pricing its good and reasonable they go by the length of your hair and the products that they use. You get what you pay for.

I have been coming to this salon for the last 4 years and its been the longest Id ever stay for that long. The place is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable ( girl talk). I first came to this place with bleached broken hair and Ana helped me getting it back to healthy, cutting my hair every 2-3 months and my hair was right above my shoulders. Now my hair is healthy (still blonde) and long (to the WAIST!!), getting cut twice a year

So I just got back from geting my HAIR and Eyebrows done..and I"M SOOOOoooo Happy! Ana did an amazing job! I will definitely will return. And the price was even more AMAZING...during this recession Im counting my pennies and I got my hair shampooed, cut and style for less than 30 bucks! I totally recommend this place. It doesnt look the best on the outside but the ladies in there are very talented.

I went to get a quick cut, I chose this salon because it had good reviews and it opened early, I am glad I did. I described what I wanted, and Ana delivered! I got a great cut and it was very reasonable. The salon was clean and the girls were nice. What more could you ask for? I will be going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would but it was very expensive and the color didnt even get on my hair and they left the hairs on me from the cut and didnt even bother to give me a towel or something and when I asked for a bit more of trim she gave me all of these excuses.

Loved it...I have been living in paramount for 1yr needed a new place close by...so I came here because of the reviews....well it was well worth it....I ended up dying my hair and cutting it....she did a great job....and best part they are very affordable. ...

I got a facial spa treatment. It was enjoyable and relaxing. I have had previous experiences where I left unsatisfied and ended up paying a lot of money. If you really want a good facial for resonable price, i really recommend you go to evolution.

They will cut your hair as they want! It does not matter what you ask them, they DO NOT listen! Very disappointing and I simply cannot believe on the reviews I read before going there. Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else.
