I been getting bread every weekend till on 12/11/2016 I walked into the store and since i did not see any Sourdough loaves on the stacks , i Asked the cashier if she had any sourdough loaves in the back, she went and checked she comes back and she says there is one available then I asked her are you able to sell me one of the white loaves you have on the rack by the oven, she says let me ask my manager; the manager comes to the front and he says I cannot sell you any of the breads in the back because is for today, then I says whats the point of being a Bakery if you are jot going to sell me any bread, he didnt have an excuse (he didnt care) then he says to the cashier the sourdough you offer it was let for tonight when I heard that I told him I did not want the bread anymore give me the money back. then I says to the cashier sorry for getting you in trouble for trying to sell me the sourdough you had in the back. Resumen. The manager didnt care and he did not want to sell me any bread, he was picking on the cashier for offering a bread He was saving for no reason plus He did not had any identification with his name on it. I give them 2 stars because their food is delicious plus the bread is awesome. but the fact I couldnt get my bread I am not going back to this location.

Horrible service , I called ahead at 9:29 a.m. to check if they had their soups ready, and they had told me it would be ready in twenty minutes since they had just put it in. I arrived worth my family to order and the manager had told me they did not have the soups in a very rude tone, and followed with passing the blame to the call center instead of apologizing for the misinformation the company she is apart of provided. I wouldnt have been as upset of the manager didnt give such a tone

Rude staff... Very careless... we dined in, and we were not given spoons for our soup. When we asked the server for spoons he acted like it was the greatest inconvenience in the world to him. Im sorry but it is a little bit more inconvenient for me to try to eat soup with my bare hands. The girl who took our order was rushing us through (there was no line). Just overall really terrible service. I will not be coming back to this location.

Is okay. The mac and cheese was good. Though the pastries are too expensive for their quality. And the freebie bread they gave me along with my mac and cheese was like a rock. Thought I would break my teeth trying to take a bite. Not sure how the rest of the menu is like. 4 stars just because the mac and cheese was good. Or Id say 3.

This location moves turtle slow! It took me over 10 minutes to get a chicken and wild rice soup!! All they had to do was scoop it in a cup and throw the bread in the bag..I love the soup but the purpose of fast food is for the service to be fast..I wont visit much because they took way too long and my time is always limited...

Perfectly serviceable Panera. Service was good and food was the usual quality, really cant be beat for a reliable soup and sandwich lunch. Some of the seats were showing quite a bit of wear and could have used some TLC, but one of the better dining options in the Pico Towne Center.

Always great food, quick service. Plenty of electrical outlets for students to hook up their laptops into and get some studying done. Dress in layers it tends to get cold in here. Clean bathrooms & noise is manageable but I wear ear plugs to drown out the music.
