This Subway is completely unprofessional and does not care about the patrons. When asking for a breakfast sandwich, I was the only one there. The employee had a bad attitude from the beginning. When I asked for extra cucumber, she said they were only aloud to provide 3 pieces. When I asked how much extra would it cost to get the extra cucumber, she said that they do not charge for veggies. So I asked again, how much extra could I pay to get the extra cucumber, she repeated she said that they do not charge for veggies. This really upset me because, I only asked for 1 piece of ham. I usually give a $1 tip, but this employee was completely rude. I went ahead and ate my sandwich there and decided to speak with the manager and she told me the exact same thing. We do not charge for veggies, but I was only allowed the 3 cucumbers. I know it sounds silly, but because they were so rude, and would not even let me pay for the extra cucumber, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Im afraid at this point, they may spit on my sandwich when I am not looking the next time I go in there. If you want a really good sandwich with great service, go to the downtown Pismo Beach Subway, they welcome you with open arms, always have a smile and remember your name, especially if you are a regular who goes there 5 days a week..

When we arrived the employees were in the back laughing! They did not welcome us with their demanded greeting. They were not interested in delivering good customer service. I feel bad because I come all the way from San Diego. And whats up with the chubby male employee not wearing his hat gear? What if hair fell on the meat?

I soon as walked in I was welcomed very nicely but when it came to ordering the employee was moppin and said let me finish moping after she finished she didnt even wash her hands to make my sandwich she just put on the gloves and continued.. very unprofessional Also none of the tables were clean!!

Place was great when Rachelle was the manager. After she left the place kind of went downhill.
