Leon Castillo and his crew are hands down the best in the business. Not just in one aspect, but in every bit of small detail you can try to criticize or scrutinize they are AMAZING. Great and easy to work with, beyond friendly staff, an experience that makes you feel like family at the end of it, and not to mention the beyond stellar food. From the Tri Tip to the mashed potatoes every piece of food on that menu is without compare (obviously in a good way!) If you are having any issues looking for THE BEST catering service on the central coast, look no further than Popolo. Leon will also sit down and help break costs down with you to better understand your wedding budget and how it is proportioned and meet your expectations (an amazing service and chunk of wisdom for us noobies just getting married)

Popolo did such a great job at our wedding! The food was amazing and they were really responsive and easy to work with. Our guests keep telling us how good the food was! We had chicken, tri-tip, potato salad, caesar salad, and garlic bread. We also had stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta appetizers. Everything was delicious and there was more than enough food. The staff were all very professional and took care of everything, from setup and preparation to serving and cleanup. We are so glad we chose Popolo to cater our wedding! Thank you!

I was at a wedding this last Saturday at the Santa Margarita ranch and due to the hot weather every one was complaining about being out in this heat EXCEPT the catering staff who was nice and helpful and when it came to the food outstanding and when I found out you are local that was it I will tell everyone what a bunch of professional people you all are I love people that are good at their craft good job

The service is unreliable. I ordered catering from them and had numerous contacts which included three emails and two phone calls - one of which was on the same day to verify the order. They did not show up with our meal. Their food may be good, but we never got a chance to try it because the service is horrible!
