Ive been going here for a while now, and its surprising to me that they are only getting 3.2 stars!? ...I had a few haircuts from here that did not match my request, but thats normal, you have to come a few times and use the same hairdresser, this way they know you and with a few attempts they will figure out what you what. The problem is, sometimes people dont realize they dont have the hair to get "that" specific haircut. I dont have the best hairline or the hair thickness, but I get really good cuts from this place. Make sure to tell them what you want and tell the hairdresser what to do in the process if you dont like where it is going. Brigitte gave me a haircut today (6-28-2016), and it was exactly what I wanted. You gotta make sure to explain want you want and start safe with a longer clipper, you can go shorter if you need.

Walked in this evening to get my hair cut. The so called stylist couldnt even let me explain what I wanted.. she was rude, rolled her eyes and told me that she was confused, didnt know what I wanted.. that my shoulder length hair which i wanted cut in layers would need a super tiny curling iron to curl. I attempted to show her an image.. she rolled her eyes.. so i walked out.. would you want your hair cut by a snobby jerk with pink roots that couldnt handle a simple request to cut layers.. i had the image to show her the length..a visual, plus some direction.. rude, poor customer service and this would be the 3rd time Ive been treated this way by 3 different people here. I get we all have bad days.. but really? Never going here again!!

My boyfriend and I were going to get his haircut there (his choice, not mine) and he waited AN HOUR to finally get seated, after the unfortunate girl at the desk sat someone out of order. Then the "hairdresser" despite careful instructions, went ahead and did the exact opposite of what my boyfriend asked. Even had the audacity to correct him after he suggested she was going too short, saying it looks better short. A lot of people go to a barber or salon to feel good and look good. And after this? Never again. Why not help the mom and pop shops that actually listen to instruction and care?

They have no idea how to multi-task. I was the 4th person to wait to be signed in, subsequently 4 people came in after me. After 15 minutes, she finally started taking names and had no clue in which order people had arrived. I left after she put an online check-in in front of me, even though I had watched him check in on his phone after he had arrived, after me. Just dumb, poorly ran, no sense of urgency. Will never offer them my money again.

I have avoided hair salons like the plague after having so many bad experiences. I really needed a cut and color though so I decided to go here instead of some fancy salon, best decision I had ever made! Tammie was amazing, she cut and colored my hair and it is perfect, exactly how I visualized it! I have finally found someone i can trust w my hair, this doesnt even feel like my hair, it has so much life again! Thank you tammie!!

Every time I have been to this location, whether they are busy or not, always put phone ins ahead of me. I was told I was the only person in line and a couple walked in front me claiming they "called in" and were both served before me. The staff is nice, however this is terrible service when I was told there was no line. This has happened at least three times. I will not go back.

Got a haircut from an older lady with tattoos all over her. Worst haircut ever!!! Was not helpful and seemed distracted the entire time. Was talking for about 20 mins before finally assisting me. I asked her for advice since I assumed she had ideas and experience but she couldnt care less. If anyone goes to this location avoid the older lady with the tattoos.

I went in a cpl months agobto get my hair cut short i love short styles anyway the first lady who cut my hair did a horrible job! It took one other stylist and the manager to try and fix my hair it was so uneven and just bad. I ended up just going home and having to shave my hole head because it was so uneven and ugly.

I got a great cut but the price was Ridiculous the board says its $30 for a cut shampoo and blow-dry I paid 48. I dont understand why she says because I had thick hair so they charge me $18 to thin out my hair, that was outrageous I will not go back there and I visit their quite frequently...

Not ALL women like salons so I go here once in a while to get a trim, and everytime I do, I feel belittled and looked down on. The last time I went the girl that trimmed my hair did a crappy job. I dont think I will return either.
