I dropped off pants of for cleaning and was very clear that I need them Monday at the latest. They promised me the pant would be ready after 5:00 pm. I come back Monday and I was told Im sorry but pants are not clean because employee who is on training put them in wrong bag. And theyre not even there theyre still at then main building off site where they do dry cleaning. And Im told to come back at 6:30pm to pick up dirty pants. So I couldnt even take pants to another cleaners and I need pants on Tuesday morning because my flight out of town is at 5:30 am. I am very disappointed and will never use them again.

I dropped off a dress for dry cleaning yesterday, Tuesday, around 5pm. The woman working said it could be finished by Friday. I was a little apprehensive since Id be leaving Thursday afternoon for vacation and I needed the dress for an event. I was ready to just deal with the garment smelling like a thrift store (...thats where I got it). I sorrowfully explained my situation and she then offered to have it done the next day (Wednesday, heck yeah!). The pickup time was 5:30pm and the dress looks (and smells) great! Such kind and understanding service!

Arrived at store, full order not ready. Should be ready tomorrow, however. Not ready item is a large blanket - I would advise other customers to get double confirmation when large items are ready (my ticket says todays the pickup)
