Took a dress that the day before got oil stained, was told by the counter staff that "it can absolutely come out, we do that all the time", told Friday it would be done by Tuesday. Had not heard back by a week so finally called and was told my item were done and theyd forgotten to notify me. Not only were the stains still there but DARKER and my dress RUINED. The women at the front counter said "maybe" they could try again, and "maybe" it would work, but "probably not, idk" , she was unhelpful and not knowledgeable. I was charged for this with no apologie.

This wasnt actually my first visit. I came in a few weeks ago with a few questions about a coat. They answered my questions and were very friendly and professional. I came back last week with two sleeping bags. I received the same service with a different person. I dont use a dry cleaners very often, but when I do, it will be at this (Gold River) Swansons.
