This place shocked me. Why are you in this business if 1) You dont know how to do it or 2) You dont want to do a good job at it. I came in wanting a mani/pedi for my upcoming vacation. I had 2 ladies working simultaneously on me, which was nice at first but then got very uncomfortable as I had to adjust my body for them to be more comfortable, which got uncomfortable for my body. They knicked me so many times! And after I would tell them that theyre hurting me, they would keep trying to do what they were doing, saying "Your nail is too short" -- well then work with what youve got, please dont keep hurting me! Never once said sorry either... they were all out of the color I wanted, which took me a while to choose because I had a picture of exactly what I wanted, so I ended up having to settle for something I wasnt too fond of. As I was getting my nails painted, the girl who was doing my mani kept digging her nail into the sides of mine to remove extra polish which again hurt really bad, but I tried to be patient with that because I knew if theres to much Polish on the sides, it will ruin to whole look and chip faster. Well in the end, she still left about 3 fingers with a bunch of polish on the sides and they ended up chipping the next day. She also put up quite a fight about doing my design that I wanted, which was very simple if you ask me. She ended up having the gentleman do it, and he just winged it. Didnt use tape to make sure the lines were straight or anything so in the end, they were crooked and uneven. There were a couple of clients there that came with their elderly mother who was suffering some sort of dementia and they kept making comments about "thats why I hate getting old" which I found really unnecessary. None of us can escape aging and theres nothing we can do to control what effect aging will take on our body and mind! Overall, I really didnt like that they didnt even try to do a perfect job - they all just wing it and make up excuses that "your nails too short" or "your finger is crooked" like come on, PLEASE dont be in this business if youre not gonna try to do a good job!!

Terrible experience , I set a appt for my two teenage daughters to get their nails done with money they saved. I had been going for years here so trusted it was ok to send them on their own. When I set the appt. I told them to make sure they did regular acrylic and paint. ( no gel) my daughters called me and didnt have enough money because of was like 80$ for their nails. They were given gel, and apparently is was more for the shape which one of my daughters told them she didnt want. I ended up going up there they said they would cut their nails down and repaint. Never offered a refund treated us terrible. Threw my daughters phone down on the counter cause she didnt want to talk to me . Please do not support this business, they are Terrible!!

Not happy! I went there hoping to find a fun frindly place to get my nails done. I paid extra for the gel which I have been doing for months at other salons. After one day the nail polish started chipping. I called to explain to them that this is a problem but due to me being a single mother of two small kids I would not be able to make it there for two more days. She said that I only get 24 hours to get them fixed. Everywhere else I have gone has a three day guarantee on their work. When I tried again to explain to her that I could not make it this late at night she said okay you come in thank you and hung up on me!! So unprofessional! I will NEVER give them my hard earned money again.

This place rocks! It doesnt exactly look like it would but they do a great job. My toes always look nice. And my eyebrows come out AMAZING. Its a 20 dollar pedi, extra for design. they have comfy chairs to sit in when getting your toes done. I found my staple salon. Cant brag more about this place. Be prepared to wait a little because there is only 3 and they get quite a few customers. This is the place next to thai sky and baldaccis, NOT BY VERIZON

They do not know how to assign appointments, this is my 4th time already like that. I had appointment for pedicure and manicure at 6:30 and another lady came in for same time to the same person and they told me somebody else will do yours. I dont recommend this place, also they speak their language between them and look at you, of course theyre talking about us, this is mean.

This is a nice little salon. They have a new location across the street from where they used to be, between Starbucks and PetSmart. Theyre busy so sometimes you have to wait a while but the price is good, the people are very nice, and they do a really good job. Its not a high-end salon but its clean and taken care of. I definitely recommend this place and go regularly myself.

Ive been here twice now for a Mani/Pedi and I wont be going back. They always try to upsell you. They charge extra for things that are included in a basic pedicure everywhere else Ive been.

I went 3 times for a permanent and each time she asked me what she had charged me the last time. She said no and increased it by $5.00 each time. So I never went back.
