Horrible Experience. 1. Store is filthy, when I mean filthy I mean items every where all over the store makeup all used up all over items if not broken. The store is a straight mess. 2. I purchased and 2 items that had a buy 1 get one 50% off thinking of thats a deal mind you th sticker was right by both the items ( apparently you have to read the fine print on the stickers, because none of the items or stickers were in the right place) 3. I purchase the items at the register, cashier was rude and abruptly made me sign up for rewards instead of asking if I even wanted too just asked for my number to get my started. I needed to get price checks on items because like I said prior NOTHING WAS IN THE RIGHT SPOT. My bf was with me and he was talking to me about waiting in the car she rudely interrupted us forcing me to give her my email so I can be on me! She rang up my items and I had a $3.50 off coupon which I used and when I asked her in the end I got both discounts she said yes and looked over my receipts. I went outside and decided to check for myself and notice only my 3.50 coupon was applied. Not only did she LIE TO ME SHE LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE. She rather push people through the lines than actually assist them. I work in customer service and thats not how people she be treated. 4. I walked back into the store I told another cashier I was missing my 50% off she said yes and looked for the manager. She called her up and I waited a good 5 mins than another cashier called for the manager for another customer, the manager unded up helping the other customer before me which I found RUDE esp since I was waiting 10 min later she helped me. She tried saying I didnt get the discount because of the wrong item. Sorry when you have a sticker on the items and your STORE IS A MESS whose fault is that, NOT MINE. She eventually granted me the discount and I was on my way. 5. This store NEEDS BETTER MANAGERS. The store is poorly man with destroyed items, makeup painted all over the place and wrong items listed for cleaneance. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

I had a wonderful experience. I did research before went in, so I had a general idea of the best products for my skin type. I also had read reviews and suggested product to pair. With this list of about 7 bb, and cc creams along with about 8 other products split the this with Ciara, who asked me if I needed help. She gathered everything and sat me at a chair as well as my 2 year old. She talked to me about what I needed, as well as what my concerns were and began working on my face. I came in with no makeup on, and she first suggested moisturizer because I have dry skin. Never pushing anything on me only explaining in order for foundation to go on smoothly I needed to have moisturized skin, then a primer and tried all of the foundations I wanted to. Once we found the perfect one she explained how to correctly apply it and put finishing powder on. While this all may seem obvious to most Im new to taking longer then 2 minutes on my face so this was incredibly education. She then tried the blushed and bronzers I picked and found one that better fit my complexion, and lastly my brows. My makeup looked beautiful and she really took her time to explain everything to me. I am so so thankful and happyfor my experience. Ciara was amazing!!! Prices were across the board same as everywhere you go for great product and I received quite a few free samples. I will always go back to Ulta!!

I was in town for about a month and in desperate need of a haircut. The worst haircut I have EVER gotten! I specifically asked for a trim with blended layers. It was exactly opposite! Super choppy and chunky. There were whole chunks of my hair missing! It was awful. I only wanted a trim and but she kept cutting shorter and shorter (probably because she realized how terrible it looked). When she cut my bangs she did one swipe straight across, I was mortified! I went back that afternoon to try to have them fix it. The new stylist helped it a little, but was seemed annoyed the whole time. I had to wait months for my hair to grow out before I could actually get it fixed. I thought for $145 I would at least get a decent hair cut and good customer service. Nope! Avoid this place at all costs!!

I scheduled my hair appt for 7:30 on the only day I didnt have my kids. At 7:10 I received a phone call from the hairdresser saying she was running late and she would be on time at 8pm. I arrived at 7:50 and she was straightening a persons hair and said it wouldnt be long. I waited until 8:15 and finally told them that I couldnt wait any longer. They did offer my 25% off if I would stay, but I just couldnt. They also asked to see the length of my hair, and then balked when I stated that I expected a cut (to my shoulders and layered) and style, which is what I signed up to receive. Almost an hour of waiting and I still do not have my hair cut and I am less than happy with the horrible customer service.

I have been to this Ulta a few times and usually the employees are friendly and helpful. Today I went in to experiment with some eyebrow powder and such. I had an employee put it on me. First, they did not even ask about any preference for brand or color or type, they just pulled their own preference off the shelf and put it on. Next, they were just very rude talking to me while they were putting it on me and telling me what I should do. Finally, they acted really offended when I asked for a darker shade, like it was bad that I was having a say in wanting to match the color to my actual eyebrows. Not great customer service today.

Bad customer service. Called to ask if they had certain products in stock since I was tired of driving around looking for them and the girl on the phone seemed irritated and bothered and when she said "hold on let me check" she really meant "Im hanging up on you bye" since I thought the call dropped I called back and got the same exact response again. This isnt the first time Ive had customer service issues with this location. Just the first time posting about it. Sephora may be a bit more expensive but they have way better customer service so Ill stick to there.

They do not greet you, they do not ask if you need any help, and they do not even ask if you want to use your points when you make a purchase. Not to mention I called before going to see if they had the product I wanted because they often run out quickly and I was placed on hold (which was expected of course) while the women checked for it and 11 minutes later Im still on hold. Pretty disappointed, I will not be shopping there again.
